About the project
One of Dubai’s most iconic and famous venues, the Burj Al Arab Hotel, Gilt Restaurant was chosen to present its latest rejuvenating product development, LAB31B. For the invited celebrities, Influencers and bloggers, a buffet, jazzband performance, photo zone and giftpacks were organized. We built up a round stage with a large radius LED screen. Also full decorating and floral design of the space. Including food area and branding.
Challenge
The project required a clear format, reliable production and a guest experience that supported the client context.

Eventum Premo connected creative direction, space, timing, hospitality and visual moments into one event narrative.
