Skoda After Sales

“After Sales”, the annual conference of Skoda authorized dealers on after-sales service, was held in the Holiday INN hotel. The participants were representatives of dealerships.

The conference participants summed up the results of the year, discussed the backlog of problems, and announced a work plan for the next year.

On day two of the conference, participants had their logic tested, and, being found smart, do wooden jigsaw puzzles – both small-sized and big-sized.

After the business section drew to the end, the guests were surprised by the performance of an invited business coach from the Netherlands who presented the show "Dealers network". In just a few minutes, all the participants became closer to each other, and united into one communication network using ordinary balls of wool.

In the evening, the guests had the opportunity to take a photo and get a printed cartoon "Flipbook", take part in an intellectual game, play poker and Darts. The host of the gala dinner created a lighthearted and positive atmosphere of the evening. The performance of the music band was the final surprise for all the guests.
