On October 4-5, 2012, the M. Video conference "everything is Possible!" was held in the Klyazma boarding house near Moscow. In these autumn days, nothing was impossible, even for the first time to bring together 1000 retail and office employees. This first joint conference was intended to convey to all employees a new Mission and new Values of the company, which will become the basis for further development.
A tent of 1950 sq.m., 8 meters high, where all the main events of the conference were held, was built especially for M. Video.
At the General conference on October 4, employees were expecting a lot of surprises from the very beginning. Once in the hall, the guests saw only a small podium with the letters "M. video" and a couple of speakers installed on it. The invisible Voice greeted the participants, joked and helped them settle in the hall. The host then greeted all participants and asked 1,000 people to turn 90 degrees with their chairs. At this moment, a black curtain fell sharply in front of the audience, and the guests saw a real stage hidden before with a large screen and a live band.
The surprises didn't end there. The presentation of the company's new values was accompanied by presentations by invited speakers from different fields, who revealed them from their point of view and occupation. Elena Ishcheeva, Andrey makin, Sergey Belogolovtsev and Sergey Mukhamedov shared their experience and proved that the new values of the company "MVideo" is not far-fetched words, but real and working business principles, principles in the life of every person.
In the middle of the conference, another surprise was waiting for the participants – Wool Teambuilding, during which the participants felt the close relationship that was so much talked about from the stage. Wrapped up in one large wool blanket, the participants became one whole, one team in 10 minutes.
The day for participants continued with classes in groups that were located at 41 points on the territory of the boarding house, after which everyone was waiting for a fun dance flashmob in a clearing in the open air. At the evening gala dinner, the guests had plenty of fun watching the annual festival of MVN, which was attended by 11 teams from different cities of Russia.
October 5 was no less a busy day. During the first half of the day, employees of the retail Department were set up for the high season, telling about product innovations, merchandising chips, and much more.
A surprise on this day for the participants was an unusual musical, which clearly unfolded right in the hall. Soloists one by one got up from their seats where they had been sitting throughout the conference, at different ends of the hall and picked up a rousing song that announced the next part of the day - a game with vendors.
And at this time, in the next building, the participants were already waiting for the old man Fura, keys and riddles. After all, this year's vendor exhibition was held in the style of the game Ford Boyard. Teams had to earn keys at vendors ' stands by completing tasks and answering questions.
At the end of the quest, teams had to work together to open a huge chest with 32 locks. After opening it, colorful balloons soared into the sky, and participants received branded scarves to remember them by, with which they finished the conference to the sound of the track "We are the champions".
