Conference of the company M.Video "Everything is Possible!"

Project details

On October 4-5, the M. Video conference “Nothing Is Impossible!” was held. In those fall days, literally nothing was impossible, even for the first time to bring together 1000 retail and office employees. This first joint conference was intended to convey to all employees a new Mission and new Values of the company, which would become the basis under the further development.

A tent of 1,950 sq.m. and 8 meters high, where all the main events of the conference were held, was put up special for M. Video.
From the very beginning, alot of surprises waited for the employees at the General conference held on October 4. Once in the hall, the guests saw only a small podium with the letters “M. video” and a couple of speakers installed on it. The invisible Voice greeted the participants, passed jokes, and helped them settle in the hall. The host then greeted all participants and asked 1,000 people to turn their chairs 90 degrees. At this moment, a black curtain fell sharply in front of the audience, and the guests saw a real stage and a live music band that had been hidden behind a large screen.
The surprises didn't end there; the presentation of the company's new values was accompanied by presentations by invited speakers in various fields, who shared their view of the values, from their personal and occupational perspectives. They shared their experiences and proved that the new values of “MVideo” company were no idle boast, but real and working business principles, and every employee’s life principles.
In the middle of the conference, another surprise was uncorked on the participants – Wool Teambuilding, where the participants were made to feel the close relationship previously proclaimed from the stage – by having an enormous wool blanket wraped around them all, the participants became one whole, one team in 10 minutes.
The day continued with classes in groups located at 41 points of the venue; then, everyone could take part in an outdoor fun dance flashmob arranged in a forest glade. At the evening gala dinner, the guests had plenty of fun watching the annual MVN festival, which was attended by 11 teams from many cities.

October 5 was no less a busy day. During the first half of the day, the retail Department employees were preparing for the high season, telling about product innovations, merchandising chips, and much more.

An unusual musical that which was staged and unfolded right in the hall was a surprise of the day for the participants. Singers, one by one, got up from their seats they had been occupying throughout the conference in various locations of the audience, and fell into a song that announced the next part of the day – a game with vendors.
And at this time, in the next building, the participants were already waiting for Père Fouras, the quiz master of Fort Boyard, together with his keys and riddles. After all, this year's vendor exhibition was held in the Ford Boyard game show style. The teams were to earn keys at vendors ' stands by accomplishing tasks and answering questions.
At the end of the quest, teams had to work together to open a huge chest fitted with 32 locks. As soon as the chest cover flung open, colorful balloons soared out of it and into the sky, and participants received branded scarves; they finished the conference to the sounds of “We are the champions” with scarves around their necks.
