About the project

The annual event of the SAP where the company, together with partners, demonstrated IT technologies, arranged talks about the results, and discussed plans for their implementation. In the exhibition area of the Forum, more than 50 stands were presented by the SAP and the partners. The exhibitors were offered sophisticated SAP technologies, presented through understandable “human” examples: SAP Ariba – the work of a predictive bar where a cocktail was prepared, based on analytics about the participant. The SAP Leonardo stand used augmented reality to illustrate scenarios of enterprise activity tracking; the SAP Labs stand gave an opportunity to try loading shipments and manage a warehouse while wearing VR glasses; a football simulator where one could score a goal to a t goalkeeper, using tips from an analytical system processed by the SAP. We had to fraw and re-draw all of the exhibition areas several times in order to recreate the guest’s path and understand what the stand for each technology and product would look like.

Challenge
