SAP Retail & Consumer Industries Forum (namely, that's how it became known this year) was held on October 24 for the fifth time. Representatives of retail and wholesale trade, consumer goods industry gathered at one site.

Pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers also joined the event this year. In total, more than 300 guests became participants in the forum.

The event consisted of plenary sessions and an exhibition of partners. The plenary sessions discussed the possibilities of SAP solutions in various industries, consumer trends, as well as changes in consumer behavior.
