关于项目
On October 2, at the River Palace restaurant and boat, the Effect UP III conference was held, dedicated to improving the events effectiveness.
This was the third event of this format, organized by Eventum Premo and IQ Pro under the auspices of NAOM, which brought together more than 50 representatives of corporate Clients and about 35 leading event agencies.
Representatives of procurement and personnel management departments, internal communications specialists, marketing directors of large event-ordering companies were invited from the client community.
The conference was held in a debate format, due to which a direct dialogue was built between event-agencies and customers. Conference participants shared the latest trends in corporate events, were inspired by the ideas of New Year's events, and discussed the future prospects of cooperation in a pleasant atmosphere. Festive decor from the EWA Group company and a buffet reception from Concord Catering complemented the New Year theme.
The conference moderators were NAOM members, Eventum Premo CEO Alex Shumovich and IQ-Pro Communication CEO Andrew Toryanik.
The dialogue between the customer and the agency helped to increase the transparency of the business environment and to conceptualize common working methods and an approach to project evaluation. NAOM, as the only serious professional association, safeguarded impartial moderation of discussions between customers and agencies, provided evaluations, assessments, and statistics, and also acted as an intermediary between various organizations. The dialogue turned out to be interesting and rich.
