From conference sessions to desert safari, the program blended business, culture and adventure into a story guests would live first and share later.\nChallenge\nA three-day exclusive trip for 150 representatives of global advertising agencies to the heart of the Middle East - Qatar. Our guests received first-class travel support and VIP concierge service - from ticketing and hotel booking to transfers and airport pick-ups. We left no detail unattended. Wellcome party, business conference in a decorated art gallery, and Gala dinner with an awards ceremony against the backdrop of a 10-metre high statue of Oryx- it all added up to an amazing and interesting story three days long. And we made sure that this story would be interesting to tell. On the last day we organised a real adrenaline - a safari on 50 off-road vehicles through the Qatari dunes, and at the end we arranged a stylish lunchright in the desert.\nCreative idea\nEventum Premo shaped the event around a clear guest journey, brand atmosphere and visual moments that made the experience easy to remember and share.\nWhat we did\nEvent concept, production planning, guest journey, visual experience, supplier coordination and on-site delivery.\nResult\nThe project shows how Eventum Premo turns a business task into a clear guest journey, strong production and memorable live communication.\n7\nPlanning a project?\nSend us your brief.
