Project Description

From July 13 to July 16, 2010, passed the test drive Polo sedan - a new car brand Volkswagen, made specifically for Russia.
Employees of event-and PR-departments of Eventum Premo, engaged in organizing and providing PR support for the project, initially argued about the numbers. What is not surprising: the inventors considered the machines on the keys, and the PR people - on the heads of journalists. But in the end, everything was sorted out, everyone counted and were delighted: in a four-day test drive 18 cars, 123 people from 88 media and 14 television cameras took part.

Every morning the cheerful Eventum Premo team met participants of the test drive at Volkswagen Vnukovo Center, where journalists were offered a delicious breakfast, informative briefing and polished new Polo sedans in the Highline package. Having received documents in branded envelopes and keys with bright stylish key chains, journalists rushed to the parking lot where red and silvery cars glittered in the sun (the breakdown of sedans by color was not accidental, in fact exactly half was with manual transmission and the second with automatic transmission).

Following the tips of the GPS-navigators and road-book installed in the cars, the guests came to the Volkswagen AG plant in Kaluga. Right across the offices, production halls and German seriousness was a real picnic - with grass, huge puffs, balls and slender girls. After resting after the road, the journalists went on a tour of the plant, which took about two hours. For the first time, representatives of the media showed all stages of the full production of cars, giving full consent to photo and video shooting, which particularly delighted photographers and camera operators.

After tracing all the stages of the birth of the Polo sedan, the journalists got into cars with a different gearbox and went back to the Volkswagen Vnukovo Center. On the way, they drove into Kaluga to check the behavior of the car in urban conditions and stayed in photocasts for beautiful staff.

The colleagues returned tired, but satisfied with the program, the car and the level of the organization, which many people did not forget to mention in their materials about the test drive.
