25 Aug 2010 Volkswagen presented at the Moscow International Automobile Salon 2010 several premieres: the new Polo sedan, new Touareg SUV with a hybrid power plant, flagship of the model range of Volkswagen Phaeton and new pickup Amarok. Also on the stand were provided with updated Volkswagen Touran and Multivan.
From 25 to 26 August, at press days, at the Moscow Motor Show PR-support was traditionally provided by PR-managers Eventum Premo, who achieved impressive results.

More than 1000 representatives of the media visited the stand of Volkswagen. For them, press packages were prepared, which included a folder with a brief press release and a disk. On the disc were recorded press kits and photos of the printing quality of all the presented models of Volkswagen (more than 1000 pieces). Also, journalists were given business cards with the electronic address of the Russian press-base. Entering the given login and password, the journalist could immediately receive information on all submitted novelties until September 1.

Individual interviews were conducted with the head of the Volkswagen brand in Russia Frank Wittemann, the head of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand, Mikhail Semenikhin, the head of the technical project of the new VW Touareg by Johann Böhle and the designer Frank Bruze. Journalists from 25 media outlets could communicate with the speakers, including 4 cameras, including federal TV channels.

Immediately after the press conference, which took place on August 25 at 13:00, a press release was distributed throughout the mass media base with fresh photos of the stand and novelties of Volkswagen.
