Project Description

On October 2, at the restaurant-boat "River Palace", the Effect UP III conference was held, dedicated to increasing the efficiency of the New Year's events.

This is the third event of this format, organized by Eventum Premo and IQ Pro under the auspices of NAOM, which gathered more than 50 representatives of corporate Clients and about 35 leading event-agencies in Russia.

From the side of the client community, representatives of procurement and HR departments, specialists in internal communications, marketing directors of large Russian companies - customers of events were invited.

The conference was held in a format of the debate, thanks to which a direct dialogue was established between event-agencies and customers. Participants of the conference shared the latest trends of corporate holidays, were inspired by the ideas of the New Year events and discussed the future prospects of cooperation in a pleasant atmosphere. New Year's theme was complemented by festive decor from EWA Group and a buffet table from Concord Catering.

The partners of the conference were Concord Catering and EWA Group, and photographer Vladimir Zhilyaev, who specializes in reportage shootings, provided the photo report.

Moderators of the conference are NAOM members, Eventum Premo CEO Alexander Shumovich and IQ-Pro Communication CEO Andrey Toryanik.

The dialogue between the customer and the agency helps to increase the level of transparency of the Russian business environment and to formulate common working methods and approach to project evaluation. NAOM, as the only serious professional association, provided an objective moderation of discussions between customers and agencies, provided expertise, assessments, and statistics, and acted as an intermediary between various organizations. The dialogue turned out to be interesting and rich.
